We do NOT recommend the use of liquid polishes that will leave a residue. The Cardea Cavendish Knuckled Drop Shutter Turn is a traditional style brass drop handle, attached to a small rose. The Cardea Unlacquered Brass finish is a solid brass plating and will come in a bright-mirrored brass finish but in time will oxidize to a soft brown patina. The Cavendish Collection includes cupboard knobs and handles, window fittings and other door ironmongery for a fully incorporated look around the home. To maintain the finish we recommend wiping the item with a micro-fibre cloth to remove dirt deposits and polishing with a good quality metal polish.
