Inbound Sales Advisor (Fixed Term Contract 9-12 months, to cover Maternity Leave)
Salary: Grade 3, Salary range TBC – dependent upon experience
Full time, 40 hours a week, working within a rota covering 8:00am to 7:00pm (one hour lunch break), Monday to Friday, (late shift every 4 weeks).
Working within the Inbound Sales Department, responsible to the Inbound Sales Manager
You will be responsible for processing all telephone and off-line orders for direct entry onto our computer system, dealing with various issues and queries such as progressing orders and liaising with other departments. You will have the ability to communicate at all levels and be able to demonstrate knowledge of customer service at the highest levels. Quality of service is key to the role, as is the ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude. Essential elements of this telephone-based role are speed of data entry, accuracy and ability to encourage customers to take up our offers and promotions.
Previous experience is an advantage.
