Grave injustice – getting Japanese knotweed out of the cemetery

09-01-2016

News from our American cousins: Hidden in the jungle-like underbrush and Japanese knotweed smothering tombstones in an abandoned Philadelphia cemetery, Sam Ricks found his calling: to uncover and restore the graves of America’s bravest — forgotten heroes dating back to the Revolutionary War, 21 of whom are Medal of Honor recipients. We wish Sam all the luck with this momentous task and hope the authorities out there will help clear the area of this invasive weed. If your local graveyard has Japanese knotweed, contact the church/local authority and ask them to contact us on 0207 042 6450.
