Telesales Account Manager
Salary range TBC - dependent upon experience
Full time, 40 hours a week, working 8.30am to 5.30pm (one hour lunch break), Monday to Friday.
Working within the Inbound Sales Department, responsible to the Inbound Sales Manager.
Due to on-going growth and success we are looking to recruit additional key people into the team to ensure continued growth and expand the Internal Account Management Team.
Telesales Account Managers are required to manage and grow a portfolio of allocated customer accounts, identifying the needs of each client and developing long-term relationships. This is predominantly an office-based role with the opportunity to visit customers from time to time in order to strengthen client/supplier relationships.
You will be responsible for:-
•Proactive communication with clients over the phone and email
•Spotting opportunities
•Attainment of sales targets
•Excellent sales and negotiation skills
•Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
Key skills:-
•Good business sense
•Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
•Excellent communication skills
•Good planning and organisational skills
•The ability to work calmly under pressure
•A proven track record in continued sales success and growth
•A minimum of two years experience in Account Management is required
