Project details:
Since its opening, the newly developed £14 million Epping Forest Shopping Park has created over 200 new jobs for members of the community, and helped boost the local economy. Located in Langston Road, Loughton, it is now home to some of the biggest names in retail including Next, Aldi, TK Maxx, Pets at Home and Hobbycraft. As well as the new retail outlets, the scheme provided 366 free car parking spaces for visitors to the retail park. Furnitubes supplied a large quantity of durable Zenith stainless steel security bollards to the development, which were used to provide access control to the car park, whilst maintaining a simple, low maintenance design.
